Impressive Palladian Villa in Friuli
This impressive 16th century building, which is located in the province of Udine, is a splendid example of Palladian villa.
In the past, it was the residence of the last doge of Venice.
The villa, which has been restored during the sixties, is nowadays an ideal setting for weddings characterized by refinement and elegance.
In its ancient cellars and upper floor is situated the elegant restaurant, which actually occupies the Barchessa di Ponente: in this part of the villa it is possible to arrange elegant receptions.
